Saira was a sophomore in high school when she decided to start the Arizona chapter of Rainbow Pack.
After spending part of her summer with the Rainbow Pack crew in California, she was very inspired by the work that they were doing. Saira had never completely understood the crisis these students were experiencing. After doing some research, she learned that the problem extended far beyond California. 2 in every 5 students in America do not have the supplies that they need to be successful in school. This is when she decided to open up Rainbow Pack AZ. Since this decision Saira has been working very hard to ensure that we can impact as many students as possible. When Saira is not working on Rainbow Pack, she enjoys playing basketball, making art, and doing speech and debate.
